The pergola by the sea in Sicily

Tips for naturists:
– the property has a large garden surrounded by trees, for your privacy. You are welcome to stay naked throughout the property.
– The beach in front of the house is clothing only. The nearest naturist beaches are in Sferracavallo (25 km, rocks), Cefalù (40 km) and Balestrate (45 km).

The property:
Independent cottage just in front of the beach. Parking, large garden, terrace with spectacular views. 20 km (15 minutes) from Palermo, 40 km from Cefalù, in a very quiet residential area, not far from the station and highway. Your ideal solution to relax and enjoy the beauties of western Sicily.

The house is on two levels: down there is a double sofa bed, TV, DVD player, stereo system, and access to the bathroom with bidet and walk-in shower; above the wooden mezzanine there is a double bed with wardrobe space, and windows with sea view. The house is complete with air conditioning and wifi. Around the house there is a large garden with trees, a pergola with climbing grapevine, a large terrace with kitchen, induction hob, washing machine. Fenced property, independent access, private parking. The large sandy and pebble beach about a kilometer wide is located right in front of the house and can be freely accessed by an underpass near the house. The beach has free areas and areas served with umbrellas and deck chairs.

The area is residential, with predominantly summer attendance. The beach is very beautiful, wide and long, both serviced and of free use. It is close to Palermo, Cefalù and other tourist attractions of western Sicily, but far from the chaos of the city. And the sea is a three-minute walk away!

Private vehicle is recommended. The accommodation has private parking. The train station is 3 km away, as is the village where the closest shops are located.

We live in another house nearby but with independent access, for any need you may have.
