Description

I rent out my sofa (not a sofa-bed) in my small apartment. The Sofa has also a great matress. My new renovated apartment, has no doors (except for bathroom and my bedroom where I sleep 😉 and therefor limited privacy but the price is low! Kitchen can be used, but breakfast and meals are not included. Coffee/Tee is avaliable.
Pillow, bed-linen, towel, soap, WiFi & a key, is provided.
I adapt easily to my guests life or wishes.

My apartment is facing the street and it’s located in the gay-neighbourhoods and also very close to many shops, cafés, fastfood, bars, old town, metro & buses. A grocery store is located only 10 meters away and it’s always open until 23:45. I sometimes also have access to a small private sauna in the house. City & Old town and many museums are in walking distance, or with few short Metro-stops. Some gay-bars are in the neighborhood.

Check-in & out times, can be flexible. Please let me know your wished times before/during your booking request.

I am a happy friendly guy, open minded, relaxed and easy going. I try to adapt my guest wishes. I love to travel and I travel a lot and I also have an apartment in the center of Barcelona.

During your stay, it will be with pleasure I will give you advise and tips for your time in Stockholm.
And of course, it’s Clothing optional!

House Rules: Golden rule is common sense! No noise after 23 pm. Don't invite anyone else to my home. No animals (not even if they are adorable) No shoes inside. Lost key costs 50 Euro. If you ask for Clothing Optional, just ask. If you are smoking cigarettes, you have to go down to the street. If someone wants a free guided tour, just ask! Just use common sence :

Hi 🙂 I am a nice guy in Stockholm. When I am at home, I love to meet visiting guys here and I also have a sofa in my living room for rent. I also travel a lot to cities around Europe. I love to visit other nice guys. Maybe a Coffee together? I speak swedish, english & german. I also understand some french & spanish. As a guest, I am friendly, calm, tidy, happy, easy, relaxed, respectful, discreet and polite. I do respect the house rules. Love to visit and discover wonderful cities all over Europe, a lot. I like coffee at Cafés. Or ice-creaam 😉 I also like to meet and talk to nice local gay people when I am travelling! I am healthy and monkeypox & 6 X Covid-vaccinated. I never use tobacco or drugs! As a host, I am both relaxed, flexible and respectful. Not many rules, but common sense. I also like to communicate and give recommendations about my city. I love to recive foreign & nice guests… I rent out a sofa in my Stockholm-apartment when I am at home and not travelling. Earlier I also rent out a bed-sofa in my apartment in Barcelona when I sometimes living there. I like to have visits from friendly, polite and easy going guys. I am flexible with check-in & -out times. Just let me know the times! The apartment is renovated & nice, but small. And has a fantastic location.
