House Rules: B&B HOUSE RULES We aspire to provide all our guests with a safe, relaxing stay whilst maintaining the quality our guests expect. We also highly respect the communities our properties are situated in so therefore ask all guests to consider the following; Please confirm at the time of making your booking in writing that you’ve read, understood & accepted these house rules and they have been shared with the other people on your booking if applicable. Thank you. We like to know who we will be sharing our home with so please contact us first on Whatsapp or email with a picture and a little bit about yourself, this is very much appreciated and a helpful start to get to know you! We’re also happy to have a brief chat over the phone to answer any questions at an arranged convenient time for both parties. NATURISM: Some of our guests are new to this experience and we understand that occasionally things pop up! For this reason we have towels which you may want to use to cover yourself. Please be respectful of other guests and never go or call at their rooms uninvited. All naturists guests are welcome to stay with us however please respect personal space and boundaries. We want to provide a space where all our guests feel comfortable and relaxed. If a guest feels their personal boundaries have been crossed the guest responsible may be asked to leave without refund immediately. All intimate activity between guests must only take place in the privacy of their bedrooms with respect to others. NOISE: Please be considerate of excessive noise, particularly after 10pm when other guests may have retired. If both rooms wish to stay up later than 10pm using the lounge or dining space this is ok if all guests agree as noise from this area may disturb guests that have already retired. B&B CHECK OUT: Please ensure you check out leaving the house on time by 11am. We start cleaning promptly at this time to ensure we meet our turnaround for the next guests. We do not offer a late check out service, sorry. NO SMOKING: Anywhere inside the properties or out the windows, you may use the garden before 11pm. SAFETY & SECURITY: Please ensure all electrics are turned off before going out and all doors and windows are closed and locked. Please ensure the front door is locked securely by lifting the handle then locking. Please double check this. DAMAGES: Please respect our home and let us know immediately if anything, no matter how small is broken so we can replace and repair it for the next guests. Stained bedding will be charged for; £25 double bedding, £20 single bedding £10 fitted sheets £5 pillow cases. LEFT ITEMS: returns service is £20 minimum first class service so please ensure you've not left anything behind. LOST KEYS are charged at £60, Please keep them safe and post through the door after locking if you check out when i’m not here. NO PETS allowed, we have Mr Jackie! SECURITY DEPOSIT: We hold a £100 security deposit which is taken via bank transfer to secure the booking and this is refunded up to 3 days after check out if none of the house rules are broken. BOOKINGS: The total price for the booking will be confirmed in an email with the details of check in, please bring this in cash to make the payment on arrival. Please provide us with your full name, telephone number and a picture of your photo ID confirming this when booking. All the details are kept in the strictest confidence and are deleted after the security deposit is returned after checkout (more details at the bottom) The kitchen and garden are private areas and are only accessible by invite. Please do not access these areas without invite and we apologize if these areas are unavailable during your visit. We THANK YOU in advance for cooperation with our house rules.
