House Rules: 1. Check-in & Check-out Check-in: from 2pm Check-out: by 10:30am Early check-in or late check-out may be available by prior arrangement, subject to availability. 2. Guests & Visitors The accommodation is for registered guests only. Please do not invite additional visitors onto the property without prior approval from the host. 3. Noise & Consideration Please respect our neighbours and the peaceful nature of the area. Quiet hours: [e.g. 10:00pm – 7:00am] Parties, events, or excessive noise are not permitted. 4. Smoking Smoking and vaping are not permitted.. This is a Smokefree BnB - Smoking is not permitted on the property. 5. Pets Pets are not permitted. 6. Cleanliness & Care Please treat the studio and furnishings with care. Any damage or maintenance issues should be reported as soon as possible. Before departure, please wash used dishes and dispose of rubbish appropriately. 7. Kitchen & Appliances Guests are welcome to use the kitchenette and provided appliances. Please turn off appliances, lights, and heaters when not in use. 8. Laundry Laundry facilities are available. Please follow any instructions provided in the studio. 9. Safety & Security Please lock doors and windows when leaving the property. Do not leave valuables unattended. Candles, open flames, and unapproved heating devices are not permitted. 10. Rubbish & Recycling Please use the designated bins for rubbish and recycling. Instructions are provided inside the accommodation. 11. Parking Parking is available street as indicated. There are currently no charges for street parking in this area. 12. Respect the Space The Drift - Arkles Bay is a residential accommodation. Please be respectful of the property, neighbours, and local community. Any illegal activity may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund. Naturist-Specific Guidelines The Drift - Arkles Bay is a naturist-friendly accommodation. Naturism here is about comfort, body positivity, and respectful living. It is non-sexual in nature. Nudity is optional and based entirely on personal comfort. Guests may choose to be clothed or unclothed within private areas of the accommodation. When Nude, Always sit on a towel. This applies to Chairs, benches, loungers etc. For Hygiene and courtesy. Sexual behaviour, sexualised conduct, or explicit activity is strictly prohibited outside the dwelling. A towel, robe, or clothing must be worn in any areas where visibility to neighbours or public spaces may occur. This accommodation is intended for adults only, unless otherwise agreed in advance. These guidelines exist to ensure a relaxed, respectful, and safe environment. Failure to follow them may result in termination of the stay without refund. Check-out Courtesy Please leave the space reasonably tidy. Used towels may be left in the bathroom. Return keys or secure the property as instructed.
