Airy double room in clothing optional house near the Lake District

Your room is a quiet, airy and bright room. It contains a double bed, a desk with office chair and an easy chair. The house is perfect for access to the Lake District, the University of Cumbria and Lancaster University, and it is close to Lancaster town centre (though the return walk from the town centre is steep!). I am currently redecorating the house and making other cosmetic changes. The house is kept clean and tidy, though, and has super-fast fibre broadband! You will be sharing communal space (kitchen, bathroom and sitting room) with the owner. *Male guests preferred, please.*
