Sandy Horse (Piaskowy Koń) – comfortable mountain cottage with heated pool, hot-tub and sauna

All season wooden cottage, sleeps 8 – 10 people, with fireplace, sauna, outside heated swimming pool, hot-tub and large terrace in large Poland’s Lower Silesia – Karkonosze Mountains.

This rustic cottage has a lot of space to comfortably spend time during the day, including a large living room with fireplace, a covered terrace with great panoramic view of the mountains and at night with four cozy bedrooms. Total living space is 120 square meters. It is surrounded by meadows, forests, and hills and features many beautiful views.
The whole cottage and its infrastructure are at your exclusive use.
This Sandy Horse “Nol” cottage is situated on an extensive one-hectare parcel.
No one will disturb your stay.

A LOT OF SPACE FOR EVERYONE
There are four bedrooms with balcony located on the second floor of the house, 2 bathrooms, living room with a fireplace and kitchen.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a fireplace and great mountain view. There is audio-video equipment (TV, Hi-Fi) available. Guests can also enjoy free wireless Internet access (Wi-Fi). The living room has direct access to the terrace, sauna and swimming pool area.
There is also a big dining table for 8 people. For your comfort, there is also a bathroom with a shower on the ground floor.
FOUR COMFORTABLE BEDROOMS
There are four bedrooms located on the second floor of the house. In each bedroom there is a continental double bed (king-size) or two single beds, depending on your choice. Each room can sleep two people. A balcony in each bedroom is available. From the bedroom windows there are beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and valley.
The bedrooms are equipped with sets of bed linens and towels (bath and hand).
If needed, an additional double sofa is available in living room to be set up.
OPEN KITCHEN
On the ground floor, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need for convenient food preparation, including a complete set of tableware (plates, cups, cutlery, etc.), a set of pots for cooking on an induction stove, dishwasher, an electric kettle, a coffee machine, toaster, microwave oven and fridge. There is also washer available.
TWO BATHROOMS
There are two bathrooms available – located on ground and second floor.
Bathrooms are very comfortable. They are equipped with a sink, toilet, a low shower tray with a rain shower and basic hygiene measures (soap, toilet paper and a hairdryer).
POOL AND SAUNA WITH A MOUNTAIN VIEWS ON EXCLUSIVITY
There is an outdoor swimming pool next to a wooden cottage available (usually form May to October).
Water is heated with solar panels. Also there is outside shower and sun loungers.
Relaxing by the pool you can enjoy the unique mountain landscape. The heated swimming pool is available with exclusive access for guests of the “Nol” chalet seasonally.
Outside the chalet is hot-tub and infrared sauna available. You can use it and enjoy great mountain views!
In addition, you can use a brick barbecue and a unique place for a bonfire.

TERRACE WITH SCENIC VIEWS
The house has a partially covered, spacious terrace (60 m2) with a beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and the valley.
The terrace is directly accessible from the living room.
Morning coffee on the terrace will surely provide good memories. This will be a good opportunity to look at deer, who often come to the pond near the house at dawn. From the terrace you can comfortably access the pool area, where sun loungers are prepared for you.
