You can use wi-fi, washing machine, fridge (refrigerator), microwave oven, induction hob cooking, coffee maker machine, etc.

SMOKE is allowed but please outside on your private balcony.
TIME: you can go out and come in at the time you want. Don’t worry you won’t disturb me if I stay at home.
HOOKUP-SEXUALITY: you are allowed to host persons but please don’t be too noisy and be respectful to the building, neighbours and me.
