Private room with a Double Bed and private Bathroom, in the apartment were I live, fully equipped – Italian Breakfast included in the rate (Coffè, Cappuccino bread & jam & sometimes cornetti …) .
The building is close to the subway “Metro A” station “Numidio Quadrato” (5 minutes of walk), easy to reach the center of Rome (15 minutes).
Is a modern apartment in a quiet place, the house recently rebuilded in modern design, a place very relaxing after a day trip in the city….. great living room with Satellite TV, CD player, Radio and WIFI FREE .
Kitchen fully equipped with mircrowaves and all the necessary to cook , air conditioned in all rooms …
Is a 5th floor flat with elevator with an incredible view of Rome skyline… private park car if needed, and a large square just beside, where rest and drink a cup of wine or beer in the local winebar, live music on Friday/saturday/sunday….
On sunny days you can walk (10 minutes) to the park : “Parco degli Acquedotti” where on saturday and sunday you can rent bicycle and ride in the wonderful park , have a pic-nick or get to the pedestrian appian way: “APPIA ANTICA” (the REGINA VIARUM the first road ever build in rome rich of ruins and Romans villas….).
On Saturday morning a small market just on the square behind the buliding with antiquities and natural food products..
Close to the building the beautiful Market “Mercato Spartaco”, the ceapest market in Rome, with an explosion of colors, people, food, vegetables, fruit, meat , bakery, pizzeria etc…. and all you need to eat and not only…. similar to the “BUCHERIA” of barcelona…. try it in the morning is an incredible trip in a typical Roman popular market…
The flat is close to Tuscolana road…. cheap shopping, restaurants, supermarkets, fashion & wine bar … two subway stops and the mall “cenmtro commerciale cinecittà 2″…
