Bedroom and back yard are clothing optional all the time; to make the kitchen and living room clothing optional, just close the drapes! Gate latches from the inside so you’ll have no unwanted visitors! This is one side of a duplex, with an 8′ high privacy fence and a 7′ wide gate that locks from both sides. The other side of this tall fence is covered in sound-baffling styrofoam, which are then covered with beach-themed tapestries for additional privacy (no peeking thru the fence slats!). This other unit (Caribe) can be rented out as a complete property if you want to come with friends and open the back yard from both sides to share when you want and have your own separate compete 1-bedroom cottages when desired. Pets have additional $40 per stay fee for up to two dogs.
