Nice and big shared apartment with me in a quiet neighborhood

Private room in my apartment located at La Boca neighborhood, one of the oldest, picturesque and traditional places of Buenos Aires.
– 100 meters from several bus lines to the entire city and 15 min. from downtown and other tourist sites such as Puerto Madero, San Telmo, Boca Juniors stadium, Caminito and Recoleta. Nice, safe area surrounded by parks, a very quiet place despite being in the heart of the city.
– THE BEDROOM: 1 double bed, 2 bedside tables, ceiling fan.
– THE APARTMENT: kitchen with fridge and freezer, microwave oven, gas stove and toaster, laundry with washing machine, complete bathroom.
The apartment is quiet and cozy, vintage style decorated in the 70s, with lots of natural light. It has three rooms, one is mine, the other is a private room for two people, and the third room can be used to leave luggage or as a desk. Kitchen and bathroom is only shared with me.
There are many shops nearby, as supermarkets, McDonald ‘s, gym, pharmacies, laundry, etc.
I will give advice and tips on places to visit and how to get around in the city, since I was born in Buenos Aires and I know it very well.
