Our super special one bedroom historical brick carriage house (built in 1925) is located on a palm tree-lined street in central Phoenix. Just a few blocks from the light rail. Easy access to downtown. It is walking distance to major art, museums and 8 restaurants. Luxurious Queen size bed. Clothing optional sun tanning and swimming in extremely large private and tropical back yard with a beautiful lap pool and hot tub. Perfect and safe for first timer explorers or long time nudists.

The space

The Carriage House is located beside our historic 1925 home and is located in the heart of the Los Olivos Historic Neighborhood. We are within walking distance to many great restaurants and downtown Phoenix is only a 5 minute drive away. Downtown Phoenix is home to numerous sporting venues such as Chase Field and US Airways Center, as well as the Phoenix Art Museum, Arizona Science Center, Heard Museum, and the Children’s Museum. Many great restaurants are within a 5 minute walk and we can recommend a few of our favorites for you. We are only a 10 minute walk to the Encanto Light Rail station which can take you to Downtown Phoenix, Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, Tempe with its eclectic Mill Avenue and home to Arizona State University, and Mesa with it’s wonderful Mesa Center for the Arts.

Your private guest house has a queen bed. You have a 32″ flatscreen TV with Apple TV as well as 300 Mbps wireless internet throughout the entire backyard. Lounge on the patio or in the hammock. Laundry is available in our main house if needed. The guest house entrance is through our driveway gate and is separate from our main house.
