Heidy’s Home

Heidy’s Home is a cosy, comfortable cottage located on the edge of the forest at the Flevo Natuur naturist holiday park, in the middle of the Hulkesteinse Bos. Here, you can completely escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Whether you come to relax in the sauna, swim laps in the pool, or go on beautiful walks or bike rides in the surrounding nature, this is the place to unwind. But if you are looking for entertainment and want to be “among people”, the central square with the restaurant and the cosy pool bar is nearby. The grocery store is also located on the square. Here you can buy your everyday groceries and, in the morning, your
freshly baked rolls and croissants. In the summer, the park organises many activities and, as a guest of Heidy, you are welcome to participate.

My cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, just like you probably have at home. Everything you need to cook up a storm is there. The modern bathroom has a toilet with hand shower, a spacious washbasin, a walk-in shower and a washing machine. Towels, 2 sauna towels, toilet paper, shampoo and soap are included. Upstairs, on the left, you will find a double bed measuring 1.40 by 2.00 metres, which is electrically adjustable so you can lie with your legs up or sit upright to read your book. On the right is a (bed) sofa and a large screen. However, you will need your own laptop if you want to use it, as I have not had a television subscription for decades. An HDMI cable is provided, and I also have a login code for NPO-Start for you.

Outside, behind my cottage, I have a spacious garden that is partly open and partly private. You can relax on the two terraces, which alternate between sun and shade, enjoy a meal at the outdoor table, or end the evening around a crackling fire. In the front garden, under the kitchen window, I also have a seating area, because sometimes the sun shines right here.
