‘Le Baou’ – gîte Courbet

Two-story detached dwelling with 70 square meters of living space, divided over two floors that are connected to each other with an indoor staircase as well as with a stone staircase outside. The upper floor has two single beds, washbasin, and lounge area with TV. In the room on the ground floor you will find a double bed, bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet, dining area, open kitchen with fridge + freezer, 4-ring induction hob, combi microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and washing machine. This ‘gîte’ sits on the terrain of the villa ‘Le Baou’ but is completely separate from it, and has its own parking space and access path. Both floors of the gîte have a terrace, the lower one is very spacious and offers a view of the garden belonging to the gîte. Just a few steps away, past a small stone ‘cabanon’ containing a sauna, lies the heated swimming pool of 10 x 5 meters. The use of the swimming pool is shared with the residents of the villa. That aside, the grounds and pool offer complete privacy.
