* THE BEDROOM: double bed, desk with chair, nightstand, ceiling fan, air conditioning, 24″ LED TV with Chromecast, high speed WiFi 50 mbps.

* THE APT: kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove, electric oven and toaster, laundry with washer, air conditioning. Clothing is optional in all the apartment.

The apartment is quiet and cozy, plenty of natural light. Has two bedrooms, one is mine and the other is a private bedroom for one person or a couple. Kitchen and bathroom is shared only with me. Located almost in the geographical center of Buenos Aires, between Almagro and Caballito neighborhoods, one block from subway station, few steps from Rivadavia Avenue.
