The rooms are exclusively for guests; please help us respect this agreement and the privacy. • You have a reserved space in the refrigerator, and we invite you to keep it organized and remove any empty containers. This way, we can all enjoy the space without complications. • During the summer, and for health reasons, we are nudism-friendly throughout the apartment due to sudden heatwaves. • After using the bathroom, kitchen, or any other common area, we appreciate it if you leave the space as you found it. This way, we all enjoy a clean and well-maintained space. • The initial supplies such as toilet paper, shampoo, and soap are merely a courtesy; we appreciate everyone taking care of their own personal items when these run out. • To help us keep energy consumption under control, turn off the lights and appliances you are not using. Alexa can take care of it on some occasions, but if not, we can also lend a hand. • For hygiene reasons, it is strictly prohibited to remove the sheets and mattress protector; remember that it is not your bed and someone else will use it. • Any inappropriate or illegal behavior that may affect the neighbors or the host will result in the cancellation of the reservation without refund and could lead to expulsion, especially in cases of illegal activities.
