Motion sensored LED lights guide your way upstairs to the room. Amazon Echo (Alexa) can turn the lights on, ceiling & TV, & control of the thermostat.

– Equipped w/ your choice of 4 pillows (2 firm/2soft), 1500 thread count sheets on a NEW Queen bed and boxspring, room darkening curtains, workstation (w/ wireless printer access) and FREE WiFi, dresser, walk-in closet, and iron.

– Entertain yourself w/ 43′ TV. Streaming services via Fire Stick, Chromecast and OTA local stations in HD. Entertainment Weekly, Men’s Health or Better Homes & Gardens are available. The Guidebook has several suggestions of where to go & what to do around town.

GUEST ACCESS –
Common Areas: Access to dining room w/ high top table, front loading washer, dryer, full kitchen (incl. utensils, dishes & FREE coffee), spacious patio with privacy screen & umbrella.

COMMUNITY SHARED SPACE –
Tennis courts available all year.
Pool is open Memorial Day – Labor Day. Beach towels & screen provided in the top dresser drawer. Key is on the bookcase attached to a mini silver flashlight. **There is a $15 lost key fee** **POOL CLOSED DUE TO COVID**

GYM – Guest are also welcome to join me at Planet Fitness for free. I’m allowed 1 guest per day.

GUEST INTERACTION –
