Relaxing Homestad near the Cliff

Rustic house with a large garden, in a quiet valley… a living room with kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom, lots of space and lots of greenery around a short distance from the cliff and 8 kilometers from the village, a place of peace and rest! The accommodation is a period house, maintained in spirit while renewed in comfort! It can accommodate up to 6 people (better 4 adults and 2 children!). CALASETTA Country with shops, restaurants and bars is only 15 minutes away. In addition to the bathroom there is an outdoor shower. A tool shelter attached to the house with the washing machine and plenty of space where you can put your bulky things! A great garden to enjoy your summer evenings! We can provide with a small extra transit contribution from Cagliari-Elmas airport so that you will not need a car. We have for you two old bikes, whenever you need to explore the local area.
We are not on the mother island but on the island of S.ANTIOCO, in the Sulcitan Archipelago. Our house is about 8 kilometers from the village of CALASETTA and no more than 3 kilometers from the nearest beach (… on our little island there are so many…). Today it is the house where we live most of the year sheltered from the din of “civilization”, in a small silent valley (in the whole valley there are only 6 houses!) close to a magnificent wild cliff! In the backyard we often find the red foxes eating together with our semi-domestic cats, real hosts; all around rabbits and partridges (it is an area forbidden to hunt). Myrtle, lentisk, rosemary are the main plants of the place that together with the shards, corks and Aleppo pines planted by us furnish the garden of the house, of almost 3000 square meters, with also meadows and flowering plants!
