Little comfortable house in Leucate naturist village less than 50 mts from the sea

We offer a full little house of 50 m2 in a very calm naturist area very close to the sea. It has two floors: In the first floor, you will find the living room, dining room and kitchen in an open space. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, electric cooktop, toaster and coffe-maker. Also, there’s a modern bathroom with a wide shower and double sink. If you don’t want to go upstairs you have a foldaway bed. The stairs are also retractable. In the second floor, you have a big bed (160×200) and a trundle bed (80×190 )for two people as well as a wardrobe. This floor is lighted by a Velux window.
In front of the house, there is a big terrace with a table and chairs for your meals outside. To shade it from direct sun, there is an awning, too.
The house enjoys an ideal location in Leucate, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, surrounded by single-family houses and close to the oyster selling shops.
Activities :
– Walks along the beach (4 km of beach that connect several beaches such as Port-Leucate, Bacarès…)
– Bike riding through the Cycle routes along the area.
– Aquaparc for children nearby, with swimming pool and children’s slides.
– Relax on the beach or practice water sports: sailing, diving, paddle boarding, boat trips, etc.
– Visit Leucate: Port Leucate, the village, Grotte des Fées, little train, excursion to Cap Leucate, …
-Visit le Village de Noël a Le Barcarés
– Discover the Vermeille coast, the Pyrenees and Spain.
– Accrobranche, gym, Aqualande, Casino 2 km away.
