Other Rules - Please specify the number of guests, including children, at the time of booking.
- Please note that bookings October through April are subject to an additional fee of 10,000 NOK pw towards heating costs.
- We ask that guests leave all outdoor clothes in the porch areas.
- Please take your shoes off inside our home.
- Provide details of parties for prior approval. No parties permitted if guests are under 25.
- Historic log cabin - no smoking inside, in porch areas, on balcony, or deck areas.
- No fires - fireplaces are for decorative purposes only.
- Please do not take/keep food in bedrooms; there is ample kitchen/dining and outdoor space at the property for food consumption and/or storage.
- Please read the onsite House Manual, particularly in respect of the check-out process. Failure to adhere to the rules and guidance therein may result in additional fees being invoiced/deducted from your deposit. An electronic version of the Manual is available on request via e-mail anytime after booking until the commencement of your stay.
- Ensure the property is fully secure prior to departure.
- The property is not baby/child-proof. There are various potential hazards on the surrounding islands. Whilst we welcome bookings from families and groups travelling with children, we would like to reinforce that it is the guests' responsibility to supervise children at all times. All responsibility and duty of care for any children staying at KPOV is assumed by the lead guest. Please ensure you bring any necessary equipment with you as the Villa has not been configured with young guests in mind.
- Please note that guests have 7 days from the date of departure to notify us of any lost property, and make the necessary arrangements for its return, after which time it will be donated to charity.
- We are sorry but the sunken hot tub is out of order - a Lay-z Spa has been provided as an alternative.
