Guests may use kitchen to prepare own meals.There’s a 10 km long golden sand Sicayab beach 5 mins walk away, but note that swimwear is always required on public beaches. Anywhere around our private pool and terrace is clothing optional – swim, sunbathe and relax naked or clothed – as you wish.
All bedrooms have air-con and private bathrooms. Rooms cost Php 1,500 per night, for a double room (about US$30); big discounts for longer stays – email to request our long-term discounts for 30+ nights.
Sicayab beach is an easy 5min walk from our front door; 10km of golden sand – with few other visitors, except on holiday weekends. Plenty of local restaurants, cafes and visitor attractions in the area. Very regular public transport to all parts of Mindanao
I’ve frequently swum from this beach bare-naked myself – although that’s technically illegal! Be brave!
There are a few simple bars and cafes along the beach road, serving lunch, dinner and cold drinks.
The big Glorietta amusement park isn’t far away; popular with kids and teenagers; 15-20 mins by bus or by motor tricycle, along the hi-way, towards Dapitan City,
Back at our house, either prepare food for lunch and/or dinner, sharing our big modern kitchen – or order meals cooked by us, from our menu.
3 meter high window-less walls, all around our property, ensure your maximum privacy and seclusion; the whole property is very well enclosed. Within our space it’s all clothing-optional, so be free to wear anything – or wear nothing at all.
Share the pool, terrace, the kitchen and living areas with our family – and also any other guests who might be staying. In practice, we very rarely have more than one guest family staying here at any one time – so you can usually expect the whole place to yourselves – though this can’t be guaranteed unless you book and pay for all 5 rooms at once.
All bedrooms have air-con, private bathrooms; basic towels and toiletries provided. Bed linen & towels are changed and laundered for you on request. Simply bring your own toothbrush!
