lovely 2 bedroom apartment which is on the ground floor of my very private villa.
completely self contained with own front door, small kitchen, shower room
1 bedroom with double bed 1 bedroom with twin beds.
the apartment opens straight onto the pool area and garden. there is also an outdoor kitchen. 4 mins walk from a few bars and restaurants and 4 mins in car from Quesada main street with dozens of bars and restaurant’s.15-20 minutes drive to beaches at Guardamar and the naturist beach at La Marina.
30 mins from Alicante airport. transport available (fee applicable) but would suggest hiring a car.
The owner lives in the main house above the apartment which is on the ground floor but as mentioned, separate entrance to the apartment.
