Reviews for better experience

In the world of digital everything, human contact might feel like a thing of the past. But if someone is thinking about a staying naked in stranger’s home, they want advice from a real person. That’s where customer reviews come in—they’re like the digital version of advice from a friend – or at least like minded people.

Let guests know you care
Asking for reviews does more than help host to get future guests, it solidifies the relationship with the guest who just visited you. By asking for their feedback, you’re showing them that you care what they think and that you want them to have the best experience possible. Getting review helps host to understand what’s working and to correct what’s not.

So if a host is asking you to review, it is most likely to help them understand how it went. It means they care about you and your opinion. If it was a good experience, why not help them to write about how great it was and recommend it to others. It will just take 2 mins of your time. If it was a terrible experience, it would be almost your responsibility to tell it to others.

What to write in the reviews
Write honest, authentic reviews. If reviews are presented in a way that reads as honest and authentic. even if your had bad experience avoid scolding or using bad language. Simply explain what went wrong and provide host a chance to make it better.

I too had a poor experience using the advanced search tool. I entered typed Spain and clicked on the returned result, in order to view anything in Spain. No results were returned, and yet when I used the map 2 villas were listed.

Surely, this is a baud search filter feature that must have been mastered by AIR BnB. Your site has great potential as the the feature listing is very comprehensive but unless the search works it’s going to put off prospective owners & holiday makers.

Thank you for the comments. Could you give more details of the browser you are using and if it is on mobile or computer?

If you search for Spain, you should find a long list of properties as in this link https://bit.ly/2O1lNrv

As an owner I gave up using this site 3 years ago. Its simply doesn’t work. Search criteria don’t work. Its very slow (poor servers?). I received no enquiries after listing my villa for over 12 months. Fact is, nobody knows the site exists.

I’m trying to book and manage our first guest. The interaction with the website is a nightmare. We host on several platforms and this one is by far the least user-friendly and the most difficult to use, for both host and guest. It’s our first ever booking on this site and I’m excited for that but I’m nearly ready to give it up because of extreme difficulty. Whoever designed this interface has certainly never seen other platforms that actually work. It’s a shame because this kind of website is really needed. Please look at websites that work (I can suggest a few) and please make drastic improvements to this site.

Two months later and their website is no better–probably worse. It’s a shame because this kind of platform is seriously needed and yet no one seems to care about improving it at all.
Now I’m trying to put in a support ticket. I can’t log in. I can’t get an email when I click “lost password.” I can’t even submit a support ticket–it’s says I’m not allowed to use that site. Is anyone out there? Does anyone read these comments? Is anyone even trying to make this better?

I wonder if any hosts are having trouble getting paid by NaturistBnB. We had a guest in Oct. and we received the payment for him the next day. He came back 5 days ago for a second stay. We have not received any payment from NaturistBnB and they don’t respond to our emails nor our phone calls. Please proceed with caution.
